A TCAA/Tarkio Meeting In CO Is Being Planned A meeting for Tarkio College Alumni, as well as former Tarkio residents, is being planned for Saturday¸ July 28th, 2012 at 6231 Prospect Road, Longmont CO 80503 (Google for directions). The meeting will be held at the home of Dr. Rebecca Turnbull, formerly of Tarkio, and her husband, Lonnie Nixon. Dr. Turnbull is the sister of recently elected Tarkio College Board president, Linda Brunk Smith. A beer and barbeque event is being planned to begin at 2:00 PM. Further information will be forthcoming and reservations by July 15 ARE REQUIRED. PAYMENT OF $15 PER PERSON is also required. Payment should be made to TCAA and mailed to P.O. Box 111, Tarkio, MO 64491. Printed invitations will go out later to area TCAA alums, but former residents should use this and following notices as their invitation to join alumni for this event. All are welcome, but advanced reservations and payment are a must. Questions should be sent by email to tcaa@tarkio.net or by phone to 660 736 4208 (leave message). This event does not replace, in any way, Alumni Weekend 2012, June 15-17 when Rankin Hall will be re-dedicated. |
